We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking & enthusiastic administrator to become part of our highly motivated Comms team. Due to rapid growth, this is an excellent opening for someone who is driven, energetic and wants to learn from and work with the best in the industry.
Working with a dedicated and supportive team you will be given the training required to succeed in this role and will develop a wide range of skills in administration and project management.
You will bring a keen eye for detail & the ability to think outside the box. Customer service or administration experience is preferred however, more importantly, is your attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating projects
- Preparing reports
- Coordinating submissions and authority documentation
- Updating Company database
- Ordering and maintaining on-site equipment
- Filing and general ad hoc administration duties
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative; have strong all-round MS Office skills and communication skills, have the ability to take ownership of your role and have a high attention to detail.
