JOINING THE TEAM

Why work for Plan B?

At the Plan B Group our company and career culture speaks for itself, via a remarkably high retention rate (well above the national average), and the testimony of our staff and clients. We even have our very own ‘10-year club’, a figure that boasts out of 75 staff there are 9 that have worked with the Plan B Group for over 10 years!

A key part of this successful formula is a ‘character over competence’ approach when it comes to choosing the right candidate for a position at Plan B. Other incentives (beyond the weekly office treats) include additional leave time over the Christmas holiday period, professional and personal development opportunities, association with industry-leading teams and our new tailored personal wellbeing programme.

We are also known to throw a good party, and host annual events for staff and their partners where we toast the year’s work and reward those exceptional people that have gone over and above, including the Gary Edwards Award for Excellence.
