This is a permanent role based in Notting Hill, Victoria. We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Administrator to join part of our highly motivated Design. Plan B Services is an industry accredited company of electrical and civil infrastructure to the Land Development Industry in Victoria.
Due to rapid growth, this is an excellent opening for someone who wants to learn from and work with the best in the industry. Reporting to the Design Administration Manager, your duties will include:
- Management of General Administration duties;
- Preparation of Proposals and Tender Submissions;
- Management of Network Authority Applications;
- Management of Electrical Network Authority Documentation;
- Admin support to the Design Administration Manager;
- Admin support to the Design Group;
- Updating the company’s database system with project milestones;
- Liaising and building relationships with clients, utilities, contractors etc.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative; have strong all-round MS Office skills, have the ability to take ownership of your role and have a high attention to detail.
Experience in the Electrical Construction industry would be highly regarded but is not essential as appropriate training will be provided.
