The Plan B Group is the industry-leading electrical infrastructure compliance company known for its holistic solutions that cater to our clients’ Auditing, Engineering, Design, and Project Management requirements in the land development industry.

Envision your future with us, here’s a glimpse of what your role will entail:

  • Manage the reception desk, creating a positive first and lasting impression.
  • Handle phone communications with staff, clients, utility personnel & service providers.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings & office supplies.
  • Maintain in-house project management software & apps.
  • Assist in preparing new project proposals, submissions, and invoicing.
  • Update the company database and handle mail, banking, and errands.
  • Perform document control and general ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Embrace and contribute to our positive values and team spirit.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous admin or customer service experience is preferred.
