Every day I look forward to walking into an office where I know all the staff both within my team and the greater company are excited to see each other and are all proudly working and supporting each other towards a common goal of being the best in our fields.
Since obtaining my place in the Plan B Auditing team, I have found myself to be treated to a friendly and motivated crew that are always willing to help. I am encouraged to challenge myself but have the support behind me as well. I now have a great work—life balance, social environments both in and out of the workplace and opportunities available to develop me even further.
What I love most about Plan B is the company culture and the endless opportunities available. I have seen the company grow from a small team to the 70+ staff we have today, and all this time, the company culture has not changed. The atmosphere is always positive and upbeat and staff are always willing to lend a helping hand to their peers.
From my first day at Plan B, I noticed how nice and respectful everyone was. They have managed it to create a really positive environment where their staff can feel safe and supported in any way at any time, which I am very grateful for, and they always looking for ways to make work more positive, fun and something to look forward to.
