Our staff incentives include professional and personal development opportunities, association with industry leading teams, additional leave over the Christmas holidays, and our new, tailored personal wellbeing programme,

As Victoria’s highest award-winning electrical engineering and NBN applications consultancy, you get to work with state-of-the-art technology and learn from the very best in the industry. If any of this has piqued your interest, why not see if any of our current job opportunities offers a promising career pathway for you?

The Plan B Group has ranked in the Top 10 in the 2023 AFR Boss Best Places to Work List

We are honoured to make the list from over 700 organsations across Australia and New Zealand. The assessment was made up of a staff survey and written submission with questions relating to the policies, practices and programs that exist within the Plan B Group to support and get the best out of our employees.

The methodology is underpinned by Inventium’s Workplaces of the Future Framework, specifically their ten key factors that are critical to employees feeling motivated and engaged at work, which is supported by extensive research.
